Insurance and Billing

Medical insurance can be very complex in today’s health care environment. Surgery for symptomatic, advanced vein reflux is covered by most insurance companies. We submit the documentation necessary in order to obtain the maximum benefit available for our patients. We are familiar with most insurance companies and will do your pre-certification prior to your surgery. Because of the many variations in plan benefits, it’s always a good idea for you to verify your coverage as well. Once your insurance company has satisfied their obligation, you will be responsible for any balance.

For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards. Co-payments and deductibles are due when services are rendered. We also provide no interest payment plans for those patients with no insurance or large deductibles. Please contact Pam at 409-832-8323 for more information.
